At www.i-tech.com.au, we promise to bring you the lowest possible prices on all computer components. We offer a low price guarantee for all our items. If you find a price lower than ours on the Internet or any media, we are happy to match or even beat our competitors' prices.

Terms and conditions

1. The competitor must have the item currently in stock and ready for delivery. No backorders.
2. The item must be the same, determined by the manufacturer's part number or model number.
3. Offer not valid if competitor has the item on "clearance" or "sale".
4. Offer not valid for items found on auction.
5. Competitor must be selling a new item, not "used", "slightly-used" or "refurbished".
6. Offer valid in the Australia only. Competitor must be based in Australia and shipping from an Australian location.
7. We reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time if the item is below cost.
8. Free Delivery, emailcash and any other promotional offers will not apply to any price guarantee purchases.

What to do when you want us to price match?

1. Simply order the goods, under the comment section of the order form state where and when you found the cheaper price.
2. Upon receipt of the order, one of our friendly sales will contact you via email or telephone to let you know whether the item purchase is eligible.
