Network Support & Maintenance

One of the most important part of a successful computer network is the quality of supportIT receives. At I-TECH IT , there is a strong emphasis on post-installation activity. As part of the on-going maintenance agreement, I-TECH IT offers a highly efficient network support staff that provide support services ranging from phone/help desk support, dial-in/remote access support and on-site support. Because of I-TECH IT 's proactive approach to their client's computer network systems, an engineering member is frequently assigned to conduct preventative maintenance check-ups on your network.

Hardware Support & Maintenance

To compliment I-TECH IT 's network services, hardware maintenance agreements are also available. Desktop, office applications and printer support services are available with every new network project I-TECH IT provides.

Communications (WAN Installations)

A team of Cisco qualified personnel and communication engineers are also available to strategically plan and deploy a company's wide area network requirements. I-TECH IT will liase with telecommunications providers and will advise on the best possible platform to utilise in connecting remote offices with each other.

Internet Services

I-TECH IT will conduct a needs-analysis of your organisation's internet requirements. Our consultants will provide you with an internet solution that will both maximise your productivity and at the same time remain cost effective to your operating budget.

Data Cabling

I-TECH IT has qualified electrical engineers that will provide you with the most up-to-date cabling system technology available. Cabling jobs can be performed on weekends or after business hours in order to reduce disruption to normal operations.

Computer Relocation

I-TECH IT has helped many customers move their computer equipment from one location to another. We can provide the manpower, transportation and of course, installation at the new site. Most of the time, support personnel are available for first day of business to ensure that any unforeseen problems can be dealt with immediately.
